目標是公司進行目標管理的目標值配置模塊，目標有了目標值，才能使員工的努力有明確的標準，使目標成果的考核有依據。在這里能自上而下設置目標值，將目標責任到人。

• 目標值是指對目標規則中考核指標的量化要求，如訂單金額達到100萬。
• 智慧CRM智慧系統中的【業績目標設置】能看到后臺“啟用”成功的目標規則。

業務操作

對目標規則“訂單產品目標數量”配置目標值。設置步驟：

【目標】->在“目標規則”中選定要配置的目標規則，點擊該目標規則行，進入“目標值配置”界面。

點擊“編輯”按鈕開始編輯 

1. 點擊“確定”，完成目標值的配置。

目標完成情況

• 管理層：可以查看每個員工、每個部門的目標完成情況

• 普通員工：可以查看自己的目標完成情況
