"Single store independent disposal type" is mainly due to insufficient capacity. Subjectively, the management has realized the importance of the used car business, but because used cars are non-standard products, under the existing management conditions, there is no strong way to control them, so they can only take measures to divide and conquer. "Group centralized management" is a relatively advanced management concept that requires a lot of effort and centralized management. Without relevant management methods and management tools, it is not easy to implement, and may even die.

    In addition to management methods, from the perspective of second-hand car business processes, whether it is vehicle replacement lead management, evaluation and detection management, or vehicle replacement, retail price management, it is also very opaque and non-standard.
